What information do we collect and what do we do with it

We only collect information provided to us by yourself. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Information will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil all our responsibilities, including financial record keeping.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as necessary for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

We have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds, and support you. At no point do we have access to your credit/debit card details as these are handled by a third-party payment gateway.

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example:

PAYMENTS

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
